Q: Can I get my Earth Clay jewelry wet?
A: Yes! Earth Clay jewelry is waterproof, so if you want to jump in a lake or take a hike in the rain while wearing it, go for it! However, I do not suggest continual exposure to water, such as daily showering while wearing it. The clay sculpture will not be damaged, but the brass metal can become slightly discolored over time if it is continually exposed to water.

Q: Can I clean my Earth Clay jewelry?
A: Yes! Normally there shouldn't be any need to clean your jewelry, but if you notice a small stain or mark try this: Mix a small amount of hand soap with warm water in a container or in the palm of your hand with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Gently run toothbrush bristles in a circular motion over the sculpture to remove any dirt or stained area on the clay. Gently pat dry with a paper towel, do not rub. If sculpture is still slightly wet, let air dry. Do not submerge sculpture in any liquid to clean.

Q: Is my Earth Clay jewelry durable?
A: Yes! Earth Clay jewelry is specifically designed for girls who like going on adventures. Your sculpture should remain intact in all reasonable situations.

Q: Can I order a custom chain length?
A: Yes! Just let me know what length of chain you would like in the notes section at checkout or send an e-mail to earthclay@outlook.com with your order number, & the desired chain length immediately after placing your order.

Q: Is the metal hypoallergenic?
A: Yes! Earth Clay necklaces & earrings are made with hypoallergenic brass metal. They are lead & nickel free.

Q: Can I order a custom sculpture?

policies
Shipping Methods, Costs, & Delivery Times
•Canada shipping costs vary depending upon location & weight of item shipped & can be calculated at checkout.
•Earth Clay only ships to the US + Canada.
•Orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Some order shipment times may vary if they include a custom sculpture.
•All orders (with the exception of custom sculptures) placed before Sunday at 11:59pm CST typically ship the by following Tuesday. Exclusions apply.
•Once shipped, packages are estimated to be delivered within 2-6 business days.

Missing or Lost Packages:
•If the order placed has been shipped to the wrong address due to a customer error, Earth Clay is not responsible for the missing package.
•If the order placed has been shipped to the wrong address due to an error the customer did not make, Earth Clay will replace the order & ship to the correct address.
•If the order is "Marked as Delivered" by the USPS & the customer cannot find the package, Earth Clay is not responsible for the missing package. The customer should contact their local post office to retrieve information on where the package was delivered at his/her residence.
•If the order is lost during shipping prior to being "Marked as Delivered," Earth Clay will replace the order.

Cancelations
Earth Clay gladly accepts cancelations prior to shipping your order. Please request a cancelation within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Cancelations are not accepted on any custom orders or live listing orders.

Returns
•Earth Clay gladly accepts returns on all orders with the exclusion of LIVE listings (one-of-a-kind listings), custom orders & any orders placed at an art festival or event. The customer must request & ship back the order they wish to return within 5 days of receiving the package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning their order. Once Earth Clay receives the returned undamaged order marked as shipped within the 5-day receiving period, the customer will be issued a full refund.
•If the order is damaged upon arrival, Earth Clay will request a photo of the damaged item along with the order number to the e-mail address: earthclay@outlook.com. Earth Clay will respond to the customer about their options within 1-2 business day.
•Earth Clay does not accept returns on any custom sculptures or LIVE listings. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
•Earth Clay accepts returns on apparel if shipped back
Exchanges
•Earth Clay gladly accepts exchanges on all orders with the exclusion of LIVE listings (one-of-a-kind listings), custom orders, & any orders placed at an art festival or event.
•If the customer wishes to receive an exchange for their order they must choose an item of equal value to exchange it with. The customer must request & ship back the order they wish to exchange within 5 days of receiving the package.
•The customer is responsible for shipping costs when exchanging their order.
•The customer is responsible for covering a $5 flat rate shipping fee to receive the new item in exchange for their returned item. Earth Clay will send a PayPal invoice to the customer for the $5 shipping fee of their new item.
•Once Earth Clay receives the item back in the mail, undamaged, Earth Clay will send the PayPal invoice for the $5 shipping fee & will ship the new exchanged item within 3-5 business days.
•If the order is damaged upon arrival, Earth Clay will request a photo of the damaged item along with the order number to the e-mail address: earthclay@outlook.com. Earth Clay will respond to the customer about their options within 1-2 business day.

•Earth Clay is not responsible for any problem with any order purchased at retail locations where Earth Clay items are sold. Customer should contact the retail location they purchased their Earth Clay jewelry from to inquire about their policies.
